Each person before entering the church body is required to sanitize their hands (If you have sanitizer please bring it). There are sanitizer stations for those who do not have sanitizer. 3. Each person must have their temperature checked before entering the body of the church. Once your temperature has been confirmed an usher or staff member will direct you to your seat 4. If you are a parishioner you will be given priority to enter so please bring your parish letter or parish envelopes and it is essential you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled Mass time to assure you get a seat(Also please note that if you were not registered before the suspension of mass a new registration will not receive priority seating. If you do attend St. Joan of Arc regularly (pre-Covid19) then it is highly recommended that you register so we have an active record of your attendance. (50 persons maximum capacity per Mass and this is contingent upon social distancing directives, so it can end up being less. St. Joan of Arc can only seat 28 people who have arrived by themselves with social distance guidelines)(Once Mass has started no late entry is permitted) If you are a local please stay within your respective parish boundaries as parishioners and visitors(please bring out of state ID) from out of town will be given priority. 5. This is especially important if you are in the risk categories such as elderly or have a compromised immune system. Please know that we are aware that this is a lot of new information, but it is essential that all guidelines are met so that we can function in compliance with all directives and ensure the safety and health of all those in attendance.
